Information About Meet & Greet on Arrival from a Moroccan Airport
WHERE DO I MEET MY DRIVER WHEN I LAND AT THE AIRPORT?
Your driver will be waiting for you in arrivals holding a ‘meet & greet’ board with your name clearly written on it. Ensure you provided a working mobile number and your phone is switched on. We will try and contact you if we have any difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our phone number this is sent in your booking confirmation email so you can ring us should you need to
I CAN NOT FIND MY DRIVER, VEHICLE OR PICK-UP POINT ON ARRIVAL?
Please contact the local number or emergency number as specified on the voucher in the first five minutes this is the number for our local representative who will help you
MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR IMMIGRATION IS BUSY?
Our local representative monitors all incoming flights and will wait for you if your flight is delayed or if immigration at Marrakech Airport is busy Marrakech Airport immigration can be slow and busy. If 3 or 4 flights arrive at the same time, clearing immigration can sometimes take over 1 hour.
CAN I BOOK A VEHICLE WITH A CHILD SEAT?
Yes we provide free child seats or booster. (Maximum of 2 per vehicle) This service is not offered by most taxis please provide details in the (Order Notes Box) when making your booking and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

DO I GET A DRIVER WITH A MINIBUS OR COACH?
Yes. All our ground transport bookings come with a driver. We do not offer a rental service
I HAVE A LOT OF LUGGAGE, WILL IT FIT?
If you’re not sure your luggage will fit in the vehicle you’ve selected, it probably won’t. The best option when booking with large amounts of luggage is to book the next available vehicle size up. For example, if you are booking a saloon, book an estate. If you are booking a six-seater MPV book an eight-seater minibus and if you are booking a twelve-seater minibus book a sixteen-seater minibus. The price difference is often not that much greater, and it will ensure you have a more comfortable ride. And remember, if you’re booking with a return you may have more luggage on the way home.
WHAT ARE ‘ONE-WAY’, ‘RETURN’ AND ‘HOURLY’ BOOKINGS?
A one-way booking is a single journey from A to B, such as from the airport to your hotel. The price is based on the number of miles driven. A return booking is a two-way journey from A to B and back again, such as from the airport to your hotel and then back from the hotel to the airport a few days later. An hourly booking is a booking for a period of time during which you can direct your driver. The price is based on the number of hours the car is hired for and includes a specific number of miles per hour.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES?
Any extras will be shown at the time of booking. The price total on your confirmation is final. There are no hidden extras.
I’m not sure which vehicle to select / There is no vehicle for our group
If you would like to make a booking for a large group and there is no vehicle listed online, or if the vehicles listed are not suitable please contact us. In most cases we can organise transportation with buses or several smaller vehicles.
I’m traveling with surfboard, windsurf board or kitesurfing board bag are there additional charges ?
If you are traveling with board bag please provide details such as type and size in the Special Instructions section. Unless otherwise specified there are no extra charges for board bag. Please select a suitable vehicle for the group size and luggage amount.
Information About Pick up from city hotel, riad or in a remote location
HOW YOUR TRANSPORTATION FROM RIAD HOTEL WILL BE PERFORMED?
Our driver will meet you on site at your hotel, riad or some other place to facilitate your trip the most. The meeting point can be independently located in the city or in a remote location.
QUESTION HOW LONG WILL THE DRIVER WAIT FOR ME?
The answer is Your ride includes 45 minutes’ waiting for hotel pickups time (unless otherwise stated). Even if your driver has arrived early, your included waiting time starts from the time you booked your ride.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
The first thing to do is check your spam folder, If you can’t find your email, you can find your booking by logging in to your user account or by creating a user account with the same email address as the one you made with your booking.
